Nyla is an Usui Reiki Master Teacher attuning you to open your Reiki channels to active your innate healing powers within.
Every living and non-living entity on earth (and throughout the cosmos) holds energy and its own unique frequency.
When you are attuned to Reiki you become a clear channel to receive the frequency of Reiki, life force energy. As a fine tuned antenna you can efficiently receive Reiki energy for yourself and invite it to move through you to offer it to another.
One can read a book of Reiki and learn hand positions, but until you have been attuned to channel Reiki, you cannot truly practice it.
This Reiki Mentorship is a 3 month container; a safe space where we will be opening your energy system to receive the symbols and energy of Reiki, through our twice monthly meetings. This time together will allow me to facilitate the fullness of teaching Reiki as I practice it.
Each 3 month Reiki Mentorship will include the Reiki level of Attunement you have reached, a PDF work book, and certificate.

There are 4 levels of Reiki: level 1, 2, Master 3A and Master Teach 3B.
Reiki Level 1 prerequisites: none
In Reiki level 1 you will learn about the history of Reiki, energy hygiene, self Reiki treatments and chakras + Reiki.
Reiki Level 2 prerequisites: RL1
In Reiki level 2 you will expand your energy hygiene, learn how to provide Reiki treatments for another, become a Reiki practitioner, receive 3 Reiki symbols, how to do distance Reiki and more.
Reiki Master 3A (master symbols + advanced techniques) prerequisites: RL2
In Reiki Master level 3A you are initiated into your Self Mastery.
You will further clear and widen your channel, receive the master Reiki symbols, advanced Reiki techniques and more.
Reiki Master Teacher 3B (learn how to attune another in-person or by distance)
prerequisites: RL3A and a minimum of 20 full body Reiki sessions
As a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, I will attune or open your energy system up to receive the symbols and energy of Reiki.
