INTUITIVE READINGS

During our session I will offer information that I receive intuitively and together we’ll explore ways to integrate that information in a safe, grounded and empowered way.

Some of the practices I may draw upon to support you through this integration include guided inner child work, shadow work, connecting with guides or passed loved ones, energy work, belief clearings, ancestral or soul balancing, or other knowledge that I hope will be of support. 

I also use Reiki to find balance between harmonizing the entire system and inviting the energetic and physical body back into homeostasis or stability. I do this by moving through each of the 7 main chakras or energy centers in your body and addressing the imbalances in those centers needing attention.

My intention is that you leave feeling more connected, clear, empowered and grounded to move forward in your day to day life.

Integration of our work together will continue for several days and sometimes longer after our session. Clients report feeling lighter, clearer and more grounded in their body.

All readings take place over video call and are up to 60 minutes. You will receive a link to a recording so that you can listen and further integrate our time together.
