What is a Starseed
Every soul has a first existence, a place of origin when they first incarnated. This is generally referred to as your soul origin. That imprint stays with the soul, you.
A starseed is a soul that has originated from various parts of the multiverse: different planets, star systems or galaxies beyond Earth.
If a soul has lived many incarnations on a planet or star system they tend to imprint on the soul as well. These star lives leave markings on the soul experience. Therefore, you may feel connected to more than one star race or system.
Millions of starseeds have chosen to come to Earth at this time with a special mission to support the ascension of humanity into the next Golden Age.
This mission is held within their soul’s divine inner wisdom.
Starseeds bring with them latent abilities, talents, ancient wisdom, knowledge and gifts from their soul origin(s), laying dormant awaiting an activating and awakening.
That is to say, that starseeds are in service to humanity, helping the collective consciousness awaken to their spiritual truths.
If you’ve ever looked up at the night sky and felt an unexplainable and deep connection to the expansive beauty, you are likely to be a Starseed awakening to your soul’s connection to the Universe around you.
How do you know if you’re a starseed?
Initially you may not recognize your starseed energy or even know you are a starseed. Often starseeds on Earth move through an often abrupt spiritual awakening and journey through a dark night of the soul and overcome obstacles to activate this encoded information.
For the game on Earth is to see how much you can forget and still come into the remembrance that you are a fractal of Source, already whole and complete.
Starseeds may be drawn to the idea that humans (or Beings) can, do or have existed beyond Earth.
Starseeds are advanced spiritual souls that are highly intuitive and empathic souls.
Some starseeds have a deep seated knowing that Earth is not their home. Sometimes there is a longing to go back home, even if they don’t know what this means or where home is.
Many starseeds are the black sheeps of the family. They don’t fit into the societal mold, think and move beyond the grain of ‘normal’. They may have a feeling of being different or other even when it doesn’t make cognitive sense.
Common starseed origins:
Sirians
Sirius is known as our spiritual sun and plays an important role in our spiritual awakening and had a great impact with our ancestors as well.
There are two planets within the Sirius star system that are said to hold life - Sirius A and Sirius B.
Sirian starseeds are determined, strong willed, reiliable, trustworthy, calm, focused, protectors and peacekeepers.
They prefer simplicity in life, no need to over complicate things. Minimalism is their jam.
Just like their predecessor the Lyrans, Sirians starseeds are innately curious and knowledge seekers.
They love teaching and mentoring, working in or with healing modalities such as reiki, naturopath, energy healing, holistic healthcare or as a counselor.
They likely feel a pull to ancient Egyptian wisdom, traditions and teachings.
Sirian starseeds are considered highly sensitive people. They are very selective in their companionship. They may appear closed off, cold or shy but to those they consider friends, they will give until there is nothing left. They are loyal to the end.
Understanding emotions, feelings and interpersonal skills are still being learned. Sirian starseeds may have a tendency to bottle things up, not fully express themselves. They may have a difficult time understanding the full spectrum of human emotions and choices therefore one of their lessons as a human is learning how to express themselves.
Unlike the Lyran starseed, Earth probably doesn’t feel like home to the Sirian starseeds. They may feel lost, isolated, be the black sheep of the family and perhaps feel like they don’t belong.
As such Sirian starseeds tend to be spiritual activists, harbering the change they know exists beyond today; they want humanity to evolve and may take a leading role in the ascension process. Whether that role is awakening their family, community or the worldwide audience, all expressions are needed and celebrated.
No matter where you were born, Sirian starseeds likely have an affinity for the water, dolphins and whales, especially if you hail from Sirius B, the water planet. Water calms and rejuvenates you.
Like all starseeds, Sirian starseeds are powerful intuitives and psychics but they may have a deeper knack for working in the dream realm more than other starseeds.
Coming from a higher consciousness, they recognize the interconnectedness of life and thus have a strong connection to the planet, animals and plants.
Sirian starseeds strong imagination is one of the greatest gifts their souls can bring into Earth because they can imagine beyond the confines of our small, broken system. Sirian starseeds, keep dreaming big, your intentions are felt throughout the cosmos.
Sirian starseeds tend to be more grounded and level headed vs other starseeds. This role helps bridge the planet's consciousness with humanities and ignite a collective spiritual awakening.
Andromedans
Andromedan starseeds come from Andromeda, the closest galaxy to us. Andromedans are a highly advanced, 12th dimensional society. They carry wisdom and a journey of spiritual evolution beyond what our human minds can comprehend.
Andromedan starseeds reflect this in their magnetism, strong leadership skills, love of mathematics, sacred geometry and technology.
They are often the brains of any operation but they prefer to work behind the scenes and not get recognition or flaunt their wealth.
Andromedan starseeds are freedom seekers, status quo disruptors, innovators and revolutionaries.
Bringing the wisdom of a 12th dimensional soul into human form, they love exploring life because they appreciate the vastness of experiences that are available to a human.
Like Lyrans, they’re older than Pleiadians and have an easier time adjusting to being in a physical form even if they no longer take a form on their home planet, and that allows them to infiltrate systems to create change from the inside.
They have an easy time reading people and therefore supporting others needs comes easily and naturally. Andromedan starseeds can see what someone needs before they even know it!
Peace and harmony is an Andromedans main focal point. They are often healers, work in conservation, mathematics, or in related fields such as engineers, or supporting our evolution through science.
Violence, war, and fighting makes no sense to the Andromedan starseeds. That kind of disharmony feels abhorrent in their body and awareness.
They can see through the manipulation of the media, big brother and fear based narratives. It’s clear as day to them and they can’t fathom how others cannot see it too.
It can feel tiring and irksome to watch humans not see clear answers or get caught up in fear based manipulation not because they are uncompassionate or want to shame those around them but because it’s just so clear to them.
Andromedan starseeds not only feel a connection to ancient civilizations but they likely bring a sense of ease to a wary heart. These ancient civilizations are the closest thing to what their home origin may resemble.
Andromedan starseeds are attracted to high frequency locations such as Machu Picchu, Mount Shasta, Uluru and the Giza Pyramids. They speak the language of frequency whether they’ree aware of it or not.
Andromedan starseeds often have an affinity for water and being in nature.
They have a quiet strength and confidence that emanates off them. They’re a solid, unwavering force, grounding others around them.
As a 12D being incarnating in a human form, an Andromedan has innate energy transmuting and alchemizing capabilities. Their high frequency shifts the energy of any room or space they enter.
As such they may exhibit excellent healing capabilities in their own body. They inherently know the connectedness of the body, mind and spirit.
Freedom in all manners is important to an Andromedan starseeds: expression, travel, looks, aspirations, etc.
It may take an Andromedan starseeds longer to make decisions and getting moving but once they start they are an unstoppable force.
Balance is the name of the Andromedan starseeds game.
They embody a balance in their divine masculine and feminine energies. They can find balance and appreciation between science and spirituality
Balanced between the heart and mind.
Balance between work and playfulness.
This is the gift of the Andromedan starseed, to show humanity what is possible when you embrace your fullness.
Additionally, their soul keeps with it a pureness, a childlike innocence in this balanced state and it is a true blessing that they can anchor this pureness into Earth at this time of great awakening.
Orion
Hailing from the Orion constellation, Orion starseeds are rational creatures. They feel like everything has its place and prefer life to be organized just so.
For Orion starseeds facts are their friend. They are the forever learners.
Intellectual puzzles and problems are likely their fave pastime. Someone’s got a roadblock or problem, no worries the Orion starseed is here to be the solutions person. They are meticulous, have a strong self discipline, are detail oriented and very inquisitive.
However, in this quest of learning and teasing apart facts, they may over analyze and have perfectionism tendencies.
And an extension of this logical mind comes strong opinions and a very difficult time following; they are leaders through and through.
They feel a pull or interest in the Orion constellation.
The Orion starseeds is built to be an entrepreneur but likely struggles with interpersonal relationships.
They lean towards being anxious, depressive or have repressed anger, they’re still mastering what it is like to be in these weird emotional skin suits.
Orion starseeds tend to be introverts for this reason.
Any highly sensitive person needs alone time to recharge but for an Orion starseed they also use this time to digest information and move through the complexities of emotions.
If they don’t, they have a higher risk of expressing digestive issues and imbalances.
The Orion starseeds is a practical person. Practical with their money, their relationships, their time.
Although the Orion starseeds home star has advanced technologically and spiritually, there was a divide in the way their society was trending towards.
Because of this many Orion starseeds hold intergalactic trauma around enslavement, dark energies overtaking, oppression and war times and thus they are not ones to stand on the sidelines of social justice concerns.
Orion starseeds have incarnated on Earth to remind humans that living in harmony with Source and free will choice are in our best interests, that even though a society can advance, it doesn’t necessarily mean it is for the highest for all.
Orion starseeds learning is directed towards learning who to feel, to be in the body and connect with others in a heart led way. And to just live a little. Not everything has to be so calculated out.

Arcturians
Arcturian starseeds originate from the Arcturus, the brightest star in the Bootes constellation.
Arcturian starseeds are stoic, initiators, critical thinkers and have a love and have an appreciation for technology because they come from a highly advanced and sophisticated technological civilization in the fifth dimension.
Similar to Andromedans, Arcturians have mastered a spiritual and science balance.
They have an innate appreciation and understanding of astrology, numerology and sacred geometry.
An Arcturian starseeds is an action oriented doer, they aren’t the deep feelers. It’s not that they are closed off to their feelings and emotions, it's just that they hold a great detachment to them.
Arcturian starseeds often work in math, communications, science, engineering and technology.
They have a difficult time with humans who can’t see what’s right or the solution right in front of them.
As an old soul Arcturian starseeds see things clearly and have a tendency to always be right, much to everyone's chagrin.
Arcturian starseeds may appear standoff-ish or cold at face value but they have depth, empathy and a wealth of knowledge to those they let their guard down around.
Surface level relationships do not interest them.
Because they are older souls Arcturian starseeds may feel or know that they don’t originate on Earth but there is an acceptance in this choice. There is usually not a longing to leave Earth. They know they are here for a reason, mission and to experience a dense, physical reality and they’re ready to make the best of a hard situation.
However, they may feel like they were born in the wrong era. But of course, they are exactly where they need to be on this journey of ascension and remembrance.
They are gentle and nurturing by nature, highly empathic and exude a calmness about them.
Arcturians love supporting healing arts and wish to advance our healthcare system with a more holistic and integrated approach.
Often Arcturian starseeds will likely have excellent recall with childhood and potentially past life memories.
With their analytical mind honed they are organized, focused, practical, determined and planning comes easily for them.
Interdimensional travel during dreamtime, meditation or daydreaming happens often for the Arcturian starseed. They are often very busy during sleep time and wake up exhausted.
Their role is to help propel humanity forward with technological advancements. Not only a visionary but also a cheerleader for other innovators too for they understand the impact of unity consciousness and working towards a collective goal of ascension.
Mintakans
Mintakan starseeds originate from Mintaka, a star within the Orion system. Therefore, all Mintakan starseeds are also an Orion starseed but not all Orion starseeds are Mintakan.
Mintaka was a water planet, therefore Mintakan starseeds will have an affinity for water, water animals, mermaids and swimming.
Mintaka was unfortunately destroyed and as such many souls perished and those that survived were left homeless. This trauma was imprinted in many of the Mintakan starseeds and they may feel isolated, homesick and unrooted even if they grew up in a safe and stable home.
Mintaka was a utopian planet and this was imprinted on their souls. Mintakan starseeds feel confused by the division, lying, manipulation, war and hate on this Earth. They simply do not understand it, there was no equivalent resonance on their home planet.
Mintakan starseeds live with rose-colored glasses. They see the good in people, the wholeness of them and unfortunately the downside to this beautiful gift is that they get taken advantage of again and again.
Mintakan starseeds were boundless, free and wild in spirit.
They love to explore, be creative, be in the water or wide open wilderness. They aren’t meant to be contained and restrained, work 9-5 in cubicles or in crowded cities.
Because Mintakan souls have faced the annihilation of their home, they don’t take anything for granted. They live in gratitude and in the now moment. Every breath is a gift.
Unlike some of the other starseeds, technology as we know it isn’t important to the Mintakan starseeds. They lived in an aquatic environment and it simply wasn’t needed.
Their innate expertise lies in healing energies and techniques and natural healing modalities such as herbalism, reiki and other energy healing modalities.
Due to their aquatic living there was a constant contact with nature. As a Mintakan starseeds you will be mostly drawn to beach and water locations, you’ll feel at home in the water but your love of nature extends to all of earth and her inhabitants.
Water calms, soothes and recharges the Mintakan starseed, especially the ocean.
There is an energy of shyness that they radiate but really it is a protection mechanism for highly attuned empathic and intuitive abilities. They are compassionate and loving by nature. They give the best hugs.
Mintakan starseeds live with their open hearts on their sleeve and love deep emotional connections. Even strangers probably open up to them.
The Mintakan starseeds is a beacon of light, flow and expressing their unabashed wild spirit. They support the rising of humanities consciousness through a soft yet unstoppable emissary of light.
Draconian/ Reptilian
It’s a lot more comfortable to resonate with the star origins that we perceive as the good guys, but what if we originate from one of the unsavory star races?
Although your human ego may want to adamantly proclaim that you were never a Draco, reptilian or such related Being, the truth is, every soul desires to incarnate through all existence, to experience all.
In the grander picture, a soul is Source experiencing itself and if a soul were only to experience one side of the preverbal coin then they would be limiting their growth opportunities.
Souls understand that choosing an incarnation is like playing a character role, it isn’t their identity. Soul’s filling the role of the dark is an essential component of the game that we are playing.
Additionally, there are different frequencies of all species, there are ‘good’ and ‘bad’ versions within every star origin. And some of these lower frequency soul’s are choosing to ascend and climb the vibrational ladder too.
The traits and characteristics that bleed through from your reptilian lineage, like all soul lineage traits, are inherently neutral. How they are harnessed and utilized is up to you as a sovereign free will based Being.
As a Draconian starseed you likely possess a strong mind and incredible analytical skills. You are charismatic, a natural leader and love implementing strategies.
Draconian starseed can observe just as proficiently as they can engage in humorous banter and use their charm.
They make excellent poker players, not giving anything away. They can lie, cheat and manipulate with the best of them but how they bring those traits into your everyday life is up to them.
They see big picture plans and love building and scaling these ideas. A Draconian starseed is a go big or go home type of person.
They prefer structure and routine. No going with the flow here.
Due to their soul lineage they have a tendency to get caught in dark looping thoughts and have deep inner battles.
If your soul knows the ins and outs of being in the darkness, betrayal and inflicting pain and is looking for a new experience, then what better person to uphold the strongest protection, upholding justice and equality. Nothing will get by you because you already know all the tricks.
Draconian starseed the potential to be our greatest protectores and agents of change IF their soul’s chose that path in this lifetime.
Conversely, not all shitty humans have strong Draconian lineage.
Indigo, Rainbow & Crystal
Indigo, rainbow and crystalline children are not a star race but rather a grouping of souls that have incarnated within a specific time frame on Earth with the broader soul mission to help with the great spiritual awakening and ascension of both Gaia and humanity.
Their mission is large and holds many layers and lays specific frequency and vibrational shifts for future generations to continue to evolve off of.
Lemurians and Atlantians
Furthermore, note that Lemurians and Atlantians are not on the list as they were incarnated on Earth, albeit within a different time and frequency of Earth. If you had a lifetime/s in Lemuria or Atlantian then you are already hailing from a different star system with the highest probability being Lyraian, Sirian or Plieadian
The impact of knowing your soul origins
Although you may feel that you want to ‘go back home’ and leave Earth, your soul chose to be here at this very special and transformative time of Earth’s history.
This piece is meant to inspire you and curate an inner exploration to your multidimensional Self, it is not meant to box you in or over identify with one specific aspect of you.
Your soul is eternal and infinite. You have incarnated an innumerable amount of times on many planets. You may resonate with one or all of these star races, or perhaps none. There are many I have not shared about too such as Avians, Vensians, Martians, Polarians, Hadarians, Seraphims, Faeries and those from the insect realms such as Mantis.
By recognizing that your soul has a resonance with a specific star system and incarnation(s) you are more readily open to receive these latent gifts and abilities.
Recognizing your soul origins and cultures will help you truly embody your mission as a starseed on Earth. And by choosing to be human for this lifetime, you have brought this knowledge, wisdom and advanced spiritual and technological understandings down to Earth to be harnessed.
There is no perfect or specific way that a starseed must live. A starseed living in a way that makes them feel alive is completing their mission. Every expression is needed, your unique expression and light is needed.
